How can we make this world a better place to live?

Published by rokasleo at 7:52 am under Doing good Edit This

I was pondering a lot recently on how can we make this world a better place to live. Of course, a question would come to the head, why do we need to do this? But I see the answer clearly. The city that I grew up and live in now is not the safest and most comfortable space. A lot of people have fear of each other, the people they do not know, because of the crime factor. Often smiling is realized as a sign of weakness and stupidity, so people try not to smile while in public. Often a lot of people do not find a reason to smile at all. This makes it rather uncomfortable to walk around in public and restrains from feeling safe and freely. But we often forget that we are a part of this action. That by doing nothing we do not only change nothing, but we even encourage the wave of fear and sadness. Our surroundings does not have to be like this. We do not have to be like this. We can all make a difference and make this world a better place to live in. I am speaking about my surroundings, and I believe that there are other places like here, people and the whole world is similar, but there are even much more worse things than the ones that I am mentioning. Yet if we will not change even these factors, how come will we ever be able to move to such events as depression, crime, terror and war? We often like to think how we should change the state of the world and get rid of war and terror, but there are things that begin this just around us. Our sadness our fear evolves in to aggression. I believe that you all understand of what I am talking about. So in the end, how can we change all of this and make the world a better place to live? Make our own and every ones lives better? By beginning with ourselves and our “neighbors”. We can make this world a better place all together, but we need to begin from the sources of the problems. All I ask of ourselves for today is only to think about this for a minute and keep this idea in each of our days. Any other thoughts?
